Cancellation Policy
Contact the Concierge as soon as possible if you need to cancel a boarding or daycare reservation. There are no cancellation charges.
Overnight Boarding:
- Overnight is $45.00 per night, single guest.
- Discounts available for multiple-guest reservations and local active-duty military.
- Boarding is based on a 24-hour period beginning at check-in time (e.g. check-in 8:00 a.m., check-out 8:00 a.m.).
- Extended check-out times are accepted - an additional fee will apply.
Check-in/Check-out Times:
- Earliest check-in time available: 7:00 a.m.
- Latest check-out time available: 9:00 p.m.
Daycare:
- 1-4 hours @ $20.00 per guest.
- 4.5 - 8 hours @ $30.00 per guest.
- 8.5+ extended day visit @ $35.00 per guest.

- Cash (A single daycare visit is cash only at check-in.)
